Lease & Legal Information

Please make sure you read the regulations that apply to the flat (Part 1) and where applicable the parking space (Part 2). These form part of the lease, apply to all residents of Hughenden Court, whether you own or rent the flat you are living in, and must be adhered to at all times – these are designed to keep Hughenden Court a pleasant and safe environment for all of us. If you are a landlord please can you incorporate these as part of your letting agreement with your tenant
